1.25 HR Credit | Competencies: Relationship Management, Leadership & Navigation | Intended Audience: Senior-Level
Workplace Application:
Learn how to create a successful culture of employee engagement through the R.A.C.E. methodology to improve retention, productivity and ROI.

You will be off and racing as you discover the value of creating a successful employee engagement culture. We drive through the four “tune-up checks”, as well as gain understanding of the R.A.C.E. path to successful cultural change: Recognize the value of employee engagement, Acknowledge employees, Champion a culture of engagement and Engage the entire workforce. In NASCAR racing, the crew chief is the leader and assigns a pit crew coach to help coordinate pit stops, ensuring everyone is doing their job correctly and staying motivated to get it done right and on time. In the corporate world, leadership from the top down is responsible for creating a successful employee engagement culture that will lead to improve employee retention, increase productivity and boost ROI. When was the last time you scheduled a “tune up” of your corporate culture?
