Get practical tips for repelling plaintiffs’ lawyers, minimizing employee claims and reducing the cost of claims.

If you have ever wondered, “What was the employee’s lawyer thinking?!” this is your chance to find out. Warner, who represents employees and employers, will share factors that increase the likelihood that a legal claim will be brought against your organization and real examples of employers’ missteps and how they could have been avoided. Get the employee’s attorney’s view of employer actions (like telling current employee not to talk to the employee with the claim) and how those actions affect the settlement or trial value of the case. This session will be a fun opportunity to be face-to-face with a plaintiffs’ lawyer without being sued.
