Workplace Application:
Understand what bullying is and isn't, learn the potential legal issues that can arise with bullying behavior, and gain tips and tools on how to stop bullying in the workplace.

The school bully has grown up and is wreaking havoc in the workplace. Consider the supervisor who yells and engages in name-calling, putdowns, and other humiliating conduct, or the vindictive manager who excludes an employee from important meetings or sabotages their work. Often, if the bully is a good performer, management looks the other way. Bullying affects the bottom-line and creates potential legal claims. Participants will gain practical tips on how to effectively stop bullying in the workplace.
