Workplace Application:
This session will explore ways that you can engage candidates in a more thoughtful manner by interacting with them inside their preferred online community.

As communities like Facebook and LinkedIn continue to evolve and expand, as recruiters, you must also adapt your methods of reaching and relating to your target audience if you hope to remain relevant and acquire talent. You will leave this session understanding of the evolution of communities (from cavemen to LinkedIn) and their ability to enable valuable one-on-one communications with job prospects. Stubblebine will show you how to focus less on the click, and more on the person and some key tactics to ensure that you are leveraging every click to the career site to build relationships. Discover strategies to mine social media data to help deliver your recruitment message directly in front of who you want to hire. Finally, learn common mistakes you can avoid to ensure your recruitment strategy is targeting quality, not just buying clicks.
