Creating effective and flexible workplaces to make work “work” better for both the bottom line and for employees is a key business strategy. As companies look for new opportunities to increase employee engagement and reduce absenteeism and turnover, work flexibility offers a low cost solution that challenges organizations to start thinking differently about where, when, and how work can be accomplished. In this session, a 2013 Alfred P.
