The HR Excellence Center of China and C-Suite Analytics recently surveyed over 200 companies located in China regarding their current and predicted employee turnover as well as their turnover's causes and solutions. This study includes both multi-nationals and home-grown Chinese organizations. Participants will learn in-depth survey results as well as a set of business-driven recommendations to improve retention for companies across China. These same solutions can be applied to organizations in other global locations.
