Workplace Application:
You will learn the concepts underlying sound compensation management and be able to evaluate your organization's systems.

How effectively an organization defines, measures and rewards employee contributions will significantly impact your success. Employees expect to be compensated equitably, competitively and appropriately. You must ensure that your rewards strategies and programs not only are acceptable to employees but are cost effective and contribute to attracting, retaining and motivating critical talent. This session will show you how to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of your organization's programs.
