This session will show you how to work with your CEO and executive team to design and evolve your company culture to drive success as you grow.
Culture is not beer on Fridays or having dogs in the office. Culture is about creating a set of values that reflect who you are and support what you are trying to achieve in the market place. It's how you make decisions, set goals and manage people. This session will focus on six specific things you can do to proactively change and grow your culture as your business grows.
