Your Candidate Experience: Sure Bet or Losing Proposition?

Workplace Application: You will learn new ways of thinking about how to align your recruiting function to your organization's mission, goals and strategies.

You cannot simply roll the dice and expect a world-class candidate experience. It takes work to understand, listen to and engage your prospects and candidates. The return for placing your bets intelligently, though, is far greater than most companies imagine, and the cost of doing it poorly is continuously growing. This session will explore the current best practices of those organizations who really think of candidates as customers. Using case studies and recent research results from tens of thousands of candidates, you will be able to apply the principles of candidate engagement to your recruiting process. We will establish and discuss the minimally acceptable candidate experience standards and identify best practices in the treatment of candidates.
