Workplace Application:
Learn the extent to which non-traditional religions are covered by law, and what are the limits of religious expression in the workplace.

Employees' expression of their religious beliefs and their religious practices pose growing challenges for employers. This session will demonstrate how broadly the notion of religion is construed by the EEOC and the courts, to what extent you must go to accommodate employees' religious dress and grooming practices, and what "freedom of religion" means.
