Karen Schenck has a passion for helping leaders, teams and organizations thrive. With more than 20 years of experience, she is an engaging, experienced consultant, facilitator and coach and who combines real-world experience with best practice approaches. Prior to consulting, Karen held leadership positions at Ernst & Young and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Her experience includes strengthening leadership capability, guiding the development of high performance teams, leading organization assessment and improvement efforts, as well as managing well-known consumer products. Karen works with leaders from across the globe who are interested in personal and professional growth. Clients include General Electric (GE), Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Fifth Third Bank, East Tennessee Children's Hospital, St. Elizabeth Health Care, Nationwide Children’s Hospital (Columbus), WellPoint Inc., TriHealth, Lexmark, Paycor, Paramount’s Kings Island, and the City of Cincinnati. Along with an MBA from the J.L.
