You have to deal with all stages of an internal and external EEO investigation. Learn how to assess the risks from an EEOC charge, develop a strategy, and resolve the matter using the limited resources you have at hand. This session covers responding to the filed charge; investigating the facts; limiting the scope of the investigation; working with the government investigator; mediating the charge; avoiding litigation; and deciding when to settle and when not to settle.
