Teamwork has become an obsession in many industries and organizations. But, what do we know about teamwork and team effectiveness after decades of research? Professor Salas will highlight what we know about from the science of teamwork that matters in practice. This Master Class will provide valuable practical insights about what facilitates teamwork and contributes to team effectiveness in organizations.
