Learn how to evaluate your own implicit biases anonymously and instantaneously, and how to recognize and reduce implicit biases in your workplace.
During this session you have the opportunity to instantaneously and anonymously record your responses to a real-life exercise in implicit bias, revealing the audience’s responses. This session explores the roots of implicit bias, and uncovers the ripple effect that bias can have on the hiring process and on many workplace decisions. Practical and effective methods to reduce bias in workplaces are also explored.
