This session looks at the impact of certain parts of the ACA on the culture of an organization. Ahlrichs shares specific strategies and tactics that can be adapted and implemented in your organization. If handled in future-thinking ways, it is possible for the ACA to have a positive impact on the engagement, productivity and profitability of your organization. This session does not intend to have you like the ACA — just to implement it in ways that are beneficial to you.
