1.25 HR Credit | Competencies: Relationship Management, Global & Cultural Effectiveness | Intended Audience: Mid-Level
Workplace Application:
Learn how to create a culture of inclusion that goes beyond a policy or initiative, but embraces each individual and engages them to reach their full potential.

Successfully managing a workforce comprised of 2,000 employees representing 31 nationalities and speaking 28 languages requires careful navigation. Add in the fact that over 80% of employees have a disability and the mix becomes even more delicate. This session shows you how a nonprofit blends this unusual mix with a mission centered on dignity and respect, high business standards, and principles of wellness, education and sustainability across five unique business lines. By remaining open-minded and flexible, Peckham yields innovative and passionate employees committed to inclusiveness and organizational success.
