HR is being challenged to have strategic metrics that help with important decisions. New strategic surveys help with recruiting, onboarding, performance management, leader development, retention, employer branding and other talent decisions. Employees, if measured properly, can provide incredible insights regarding your customers, strategy, suppliers, values, and talent management effectiveness. Based on research in 2000+ organizations, this session provides new thinking and case study examples as well as addresses why traditional engagement surveys are fading, what smart companies are doing differently, and how to measure the impact of survey efforts.
