Harnessing Flexibility for High Performance and Well-Being
1.25 HR Credit | Competencies: Relationship Management | Intended Audience: Mid-Level
This session will show you how teaching employees to take control and flexibly manage their work+life fit day-to-day can help them sustain high levels of performance and work life well-being.
Based on research from Quest Diagnostics, when more than 40 of its employees participated in a six-week Tweak It: High Performance and Work Life Well-Being pilot in late 2013, this session will share results from their pilot program. You will learn that when organizations support their employees with the proper training, guidance and resources to manage work life flexibility both the business and employee benefit. Join the pilot creator and facilitator, workplace strategist and author, Cali Williams Yost, to learn:
- Why helping your people harness the power of day-to-day flexibility helps them sustain productivity and well-being, especially in the face of change,
- What new national research reveals about how full-time U.S. workers perceive their employer’s commitment to flexibility, and the level of training those workers received to manage their work life flexibility successfully, and
- How a weekly work+life fit practice can help your employees partner with you to be their best, on and off the job.
