There would be less confusion and anxiety if we learned to manage change and conflict and understand the different personalities of our team members during change and stressful times. This session looks at conflict and analyzes your emotions due to changes in your organization. We will discuss how to manage those changes with conflict management so you can choose your emotions by being proactive NOT reactive. Simple...right? We will go through an interactive exercise that will teach what the four personality styles look like under pressure during change, WITHOUT A TEST!
