Have you ever been on a project or worked with a team and a few team members know just what buttons to push! There would be less confusion and anxiety if we learned to manage change and conflict and understand the different personalities of our team members during change and stressful times. This session looks at conflict and analyzes your emotions due to changes in your organization. We will discuss how to manage those changes with conflict management so you can choose your emotions by being proactive NOT reactive. Simple...right? We will go through an interactive exercise that will teach what the four personality styles look like under pressure during change, WITHOUT A TEST!

When Candy speaks and shares her knowledge her participants always come away with the knowledge and skills they need to build and maintain better, more productive relationships, as well as a sense of purpose and direction.  

She brings a wealth of experience from many industries including: training, retail, customer service, restaurant, entertainment, management, and youth ministry.

Candy graduated Cum Laude from Missouri Western State College with a B.S. Degree in Speech Communications, with a Human Relations Emphasis, and earned her Master in Management from the University of Phoenix.
