This session will discuss how the NLRB’s recent developments have expanded both employee and union rights, especially in non-union workplaces.  

This session explores the changes in enforcement and labor relations policies, and other legal and legislative developments. Outwater shares preventive workplace strategies that will assist you in successfully, and lawfully, navigating these changes. Learn how to develop and direct proactive employee relations strategies for remaining union-free in non-organized locations and at the same time ensure that employee and labor relations activities are compliant with applicable federal laws and regulations.
