Learn about the impact of the changes effective in 2014 regarding Affirmative Action Plan rules and regulations and learn how to successful defend an AAP under these new conditions. 

The OFCCP has implemented significant changes in their regulations for veterans, persons with disabilities and many, many more. These are sweeping and historic changes that require you to change how you prepare your AAP. This session allows you to prepare proactively for the “pounce” of the OFFCP. You’ll leave this session aware of the new enforcement initiatives and broadened scrutiny that will occur during an audit. This session focuses on recent developments, tips and audit trends that allow you to create an action plan to defend your organization from the OFCCP tiger.
