CFOs are changing, and you need to stay a step ahead. With the “perfect storm” of performance management and the talent shortage, combined with the imperfect implementation of the ACA, the pressure is on. CFOs are facing banking and regulatory pressures, and the stakes are getting higher on how we keep score. We will discuss values alignment with finance, share case studies of when it works (and fails) and continue to develop new metrics — notably  the Human Capital Financial Statement. Come learn about the future of the dialog between Finance and HR, how we will be keeping score, and what language and strategies you should be using.
