In this interactive session we will review a varied selection of the latest ADAAA cases and consider who won, who lost, who paid, and (most importantly) what you and your organization can learn from each situation. You will sharpen your ability to spot key legal issues regarding employee physical and mental impairments and avoid claims and increase your expertise in responding to requests for reasonable accommodation. Learn the circumstances that determine the outcome of ADAAA claims and how to reduce legal risk and increase your contribution to your organization's strategy for defending ADAAA claims.
