California — It Could Happen To You Too!

2014 Employment Law and Legislative Conference
Workplace Application: This program will assist you in identifying and resolving California-specific problems in wage and hour law and leave of absence management, but also recognizing the trends spreading from California to other states.

This session will assist not only those based in California to identify and resolve often irrational requirements for wage and hour issues and the handling of leaves of absence, but an often eye-opening perspective for those with oversight for California and those who simply want to learn about developing trends spreading from the state.
