Your Candidates Select You As You Select Them: Making Music Together

2014 Talent Management Conference
Workplace Application: Learn about the hiring practices of companies publicly acknowledged for their exceptional treatment of candidates.

Today's innovative recruiting strategies require a more intimate understanding of the needs the Candidate. It takes skill to listen and engage prospects while they are researching, applying and interviewing with your company. It takes even more skill to handle candidates you won't hire but who increasingly have friends you want to hire, continue to buy your product and maintain a powerful network. This is a chance to learn how you can enrich your candidate experience. This session is based on data collected from more than 200 companies and 50,000 candidates over the last three years who shared their practices and their feedback. Crispin will show you how to develop and improve strategies to brand and market your organization to potential qualified applicants.
