Haynes Young is a passionate and dedicated leader with over 15 years of progressive service and operational management experience.  He currently works as a consultant with EBI, Inc. in Owing Mills, MD.  From 2011 to 2013, Young served as Managing Director of Domestic Operations at Pinkerton Global Screening Solutions where he was responsible for the annual fulfillment of over 1 million orders across three product lines. Prior to joining Pinkerton, Young spent 6 years with Navicus as Director of Operations and Client Services. While at Navicus, Young improved the retention rate, making it one of the most successful Talent Management Service providers in the country.  He is considered a thought and knowledge leader within the talent management industry and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
