Culture is not beer on Fridays or having dogs in the office. Culture is about creating a set of values that reflect who you are and support what you are trying to achieve in the market place. It's how you make decisions, set goals and manage people. This session will focus on six specific things you can do to proactively change and grow your culture as your business grows.

Anna Binder


Anna Binder is the VP of Client Services and Human Resources at Readyforce, which is building the easiest way for college students and great start-up and tech companies to connect for jobs and internships. Prior to Readyforce, Anna was the VP, People at IronPort Systems where she was responsible for designing and building the culture and people programs as the company grew from the pre-revenue stage of 5 employees to $250M in annual bookings and 700+ employees when it was sold to Cisco Systems in 2007. Anna lives in San Francisco and has a BA from the University of Oregon and an MBA from IESE in Spain.
