The school bully has grown up and is wreaking havoc in the workplace. Consider the supervisor who yells and engages in name-calling, putdowns and other humiliating conduct, or the vindictive manager who excludes an employee from important meetings or sabotages their work. If the bully is a good performer, management often looks the other way. Bullying affects the bottom line and creates potential legal claims. You will gain practical tips on how to effectively stop bullying in the workplace.
