Attendees will hear from SHRM Foundation and research about SHRM's latest research on working with opportunity youth and learn from workplaces who have winning strategies.
With five generations in the workplace, sometimes it seems like the favorite workplace sport is complaining about Gen Z at the same time you are trying to figure out how to build that pipeline. There is potential talent you probably are not even considering who could be the winning answer. This session dives into what you should know and need to know about leveraging the untapped talent pool of opportunity youth.
