Participants will explore how cognitive processes influence decision-making and impact employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Drawing on insights from experts like Daniel Kahneman, Dr. John Medina, Malcolm Gladwell, and Daniel Simons, the course highlights how behavioral science can foster inclusive practices. Through real-world examples and interactive exercises, participants will discover the importance of active listening, multi-sensory learning, and effective accommodations. By the end, HR professionals will be equipped to implement accessible practices that promote equity, empowering every team member to contribute their best.
