Brazil is one of the few emerging markets that is seeing continuous growth in a World economy that is in the midst of crises and slowdowns. The Brazilian economy is growing at a rapid pace as the country prepares to host major high-profile events in the coming years. This session will discuss some of the challenges of managing the choice and the expectations of key strategic Human Resources in a market in which demand for quality is much stronger than the availability of qualified talent.
