Learn how you can use the process of auditing HR policies to strengthen your department's relationship to overall corporate objectives. You will discuss the what, how and why of an HR audit and how you can tie your departmental objectives to the strategic needs of your organization. You will learn how to perform an overview of your organization's operations and evaluate current policies to determine potential risk and what steps can be taken to minimize this risk. Learn how to apply state and federal laws and regulations to correct current policy deficiencies and reduce risk to the organization and support known objectives.
