Workplace Application:
This session will help you prepare a harassment prevention curriculum that meets/exceed mandatory training requirements while ensuring an empowered and enlightened workforce.

In the current economic climate, when bullying has morphed from the playground to the workplace, and employees are desperately seeking safety and stability, harassment prevention training is a golden opportunity to go beyond the standard "necessary evil" curriculum and implement a more ambitious agenda. Kraemer will challenge notions of what prevention education can accomplish as a tool of excellence in leadership communications. You will be provided specific content incorporating new law, together with suggested delivery methods.
