This session will provide guidance on disaster preparedness after a major incident disrupts your business and your employee's lives. 

Many employers have experienced how natural disasters affect business. Disasters can strike at any time, and when they do, you must respond quickly and efficiently with a plan to manage issues including employee's personal disruption, impact on benefit plans, and business requirements. We will review the procedures for identifying employee needs during disaster events. You will learn the fundamentals for the development and implementation of a disaster plan to manage employee disruption and gain an understanding of how to best deploy resources within an organization's benefit program during a disaster event.
