Workplace Application:
You will better understand how to prepare your first-time travelers for the risks, rewards, and realities of representing your company while on business abroad.

It can be thrilling for an employee the first time they are tapped for an international assignment. From obtaining proper visas to ensuring pre-trip health screenings to appropriate in-country behavior, this session will educate you on how you can best prepare first-time travelers representing the company’s interests abroad. Minimizing potential risks including behavioral, health, security, political, and environmental is key and focus will be placed on collaboration among various departments, communication among international employees, and creation/enforcement of key policies that must be in place prior to any employee leaving the country.
