You will enhance your knowledge about current union organizing trends and tactics and the National Labor Relations Board (NRLB) and Department of Labor (DOL) data related to unions and unionization. Learn about national union involvement, labor updates and federal legislative and regulatory changes which will help prepare you in the event of a union organizing drive. Specific strategies and best practices for maintaining positive employee relations will also be highlighted. You will be able to apply what you have learned to prepare for or respond effectively to a union campaign.
