The most successful leaders are those who don’t run from change, but turn it to their advantage. You will learn strategies to responsibly challenge the status quo and conventional practices, as well as how to experiment and take smart risks to achieve innovative and effective solutions. Crosbie will show you how to demonstrate a bias for taking action and doing things proactively as well how to confront common misconceptions about change.
