We will discuss how you can help your organization strengthen the link between pay and performance so your actions align with your organization’s compensation philosophy. 

 

Most organizations claim a pay for performance philosophy and strategy.  The reality is that there is disconnect between words and action.  Many things get in the way of achieving a true pay for performance pay structure, including lack of executive support, inexperienced or unmotivated managers and budget restrictions. We will examine how you can get executive support for a pay for performance action plan, and how to get managers and employees on-board with a stronger tie between pay and performance, as well as how to accomplish this within the company’s budgetary guidelines. You’ll walk away prepared to make the link between pay and performance stronger than ever, and see the impacts it can have on sustaining a high-performance culture.
