The business is not resting on its laurels though and is hard at work to meet the needs of its rapidly changing customer base: the next generation of travelers, gen X and gen Y. Likewise, its HR organization is also hard at work to attract the next generation of talent to serve this new customer. Learn about how Marriott's HR organization is aligning to the business by integrating digital technology into its talent acquisition and talent management initiatives.
