This session demonstrates how the SHRM Learning System® helps you prepare for the PHR or SPHR certification exam.
Are you thinking about getting your PHR or SPHR certification and not sure how to begin? In this session, certified HR experts will help you understand the PHR/SPHR body of knowledge outline and exam qualifications. With the SHRM Learning System®, you can develop a study plan based on your professional knowledge and experience, and determine how much time you’ll need to prepare for the exam. The Learning System uses study material and techniques that reinforce learning, helping you master the body of knowledge. Finally, learn simple test-taking techniques to increase your chances of success on the exam.
