The recruiting & staffing function is a multidimensional process of contracting with hiring managers, third party recruiting firms, and even candidates, job prospects, and leads. How we manage all of the moving parts of the recruiting process is essentially the skill of Project Management. This session will discuss how to set up the “project” of recruiting effectively and how to execute the various stages using key project management strategies.
