1.25 HR Credit | Competencies: Consultation
Workplace Application:
You will learn the key elements of project management and how to apply those elements to the recruiting/staffing process to improve success and satisfaction.

The recruiting & staffing function is a multidimensional process of contracting with hiring managers, third party recruiting firms, and even candidates, job prospects, and leads. How we manage all of the moving parts of the recruiting process is essentially the skill of Project Management. This session will discuss how to set up the “project” of recruiting effectively and how to execute the various stages using key project management strategies. Eskenazi will demystify the entire 'project managemen' space, so you can benefit from the same techniques other project managers use and ramp up your credibility and performance to the business.
