Workplace Application:
You will learn the key components of quiet influence and how to use six strengths to achieve results with your HR Initiatives.

Would you like to raise your QIQ (Quiet Influence Quotient)? Quiet influencers are those people who make things happen without in-your-face techniques. This session will build on new research and demonstrate how these individuals tap into their natural strengths to challenge the status quo, provoke new ways of thinking, effect change and inspire others to move forward. Both introverts and extroverts will gain insights to apply to your HR initiatives back at work.
