The Positives Behind Negative Attention: Minimize Drama, Maximize Talent

Workplace Application: Learn how to maximize talent and minimize drama by proactively addressing negativity in the workplace.

Drama in the workplace is like an energy vampire, stealing precious energy from mission-critical tasks and luring talented individuals to misuse the strengths for which you hired them. Behind most negative behavior are unmet positive psychological needs. Dr. Regier will introduce 10 common patterns of sabotage behavior, expose the predictable consequences for morale and productivity, reveal the positive needs driving each one, and outline the most effective interventions. You will leave with practical strategies to recruit more effectively, respond proactively, adapt work environments, coach leaders, and craft more effective motivation and engagement strategies. The result: less drama and maximized talent.
