This session reveals the top 50+ best practices that every manager, supervisor and executive must have from hiring through firing involving federal and state laws in order to avoid personal and organizational liability in 2015. Chapman will review the current trends for liability under the federal, state and local employment laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the ADA, the FMLA, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, USERRA and other critical EEO laws and regulations that require compliance in 2015.
