Braskem is a Brazilian multinational created 12 years ago to become a relevant international player within the petrochemical industry. The net revenue in 2014 was approximately US$ 20 billion with close to 8,300 employees in 36 plants in the U.S., Germany, Brazil and Mexico as well as three research and development centers and offices around the world. In 2014 Braskem was recognized one of the best company to develop leaders (HAY-Brazil) , one of the top innovation companies in the world (Fast Company Magazine- USA) and one of the most attractive companies for youth (México).
