Braskem is a Brazilian multinational created 12 years ago to become a relevant international player within the petrochemical industry. The net revenue in 2014 was approximately US$ 20 billion with close to 8,300 employees in 36 plants in the U.S., Germany, Brazil and Mexico as well as three research and development centers and offices around the world.
