The Department of Labor (DOL) has signaled that changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime regulations are imminent. This session will provide you with an insider’s perspective on the pending changes from Michael Eastman, counsel to SHRM on overtime regulations and veteran of the 2004 overtime rule changes. You will also hear from members of the SHRM Government Affairs team who will outline SHRM’s member advocacy efforts on how to respond to these proposed changes.
