HR in California can feel like trying to surf a fast moving wave. This session will examine the new agency audit trends, key California cases and legislation for 2016 which impacts employers in California. Siegel will address California issues in wage and hour, disability and leave management and compensation plans (like bonus and commission plans) so you can avoid the legal waves other employers have fallen into.
