Erika is the Manager of Education and Training at Hosparus, a regional hospice provider based in Louisville, KY and consults with Turf Marketing Group on Professional Development. She is also on faculty at Kentucky Community and Technical College where she has spent eight years teaching online and live courses. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Louisville and a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Illinois.
