The hidden costs of employee disengagement are huge, and wise leaders are developing ways to build a culture to overcome this challenge. And in order for this culture of engagement to develop, employees must do their part by changing how they see their professional life and personal life coming together. In this session, we will examine the five aspects of life that must be weaved together to impact to employee engagement. This session will help you understand how becoming more personally engaged in life will eventually lead to increased engagement at work, and will provide the details of how to take the concepts back to your office.
