This session will provide best practices in designing and implementing a talent management strategy for HR professionals in small-to-medium businesses. 

This session is designed for those responsible for the build out of their departments and would like to learn about best practices in designing and implementing a talent management strategy.  Glory Perazzo will share her process and methodology, along with useful templates, that worked for her in building her own HR department's talent management strategy in a medium-sized organization. At the end of this session you will have:

  • Learned about the process of designing a Talent Management strategy that will align with both your HR Department’s strategy as well as the organization’s strategy.
  • Discovered how to become more of a strategic partner to your business by leading discussions on human capital needs and providing tactical and strategic solutions.
  • Developed a skill in using analytics to determine if the strategy, goals, and objectives of your talent management function are met with the use of a roadmap/long-term plan.
